Disclosed is a method for providing chatting service which enables users using different languages to perform a proper level of communication by using an image or an icon representing words as medium, which are stored in a basic dictionary database which establishes corresponding relationship as to words in at least two languages and also using accumulated chatting result of chatting service users. By the method for providing a chatting service of the present invention, persons using different languages can perform a proper level of communication enabling the users to understand each other sufficiently, even though the communication does not meet a standard expected in the real-time interpretation provided by a professional translator. |
