The present invention relates to a processing method for eliminating odors from by-products of livestock comprising: (S1) a step for removing foreign substances from by-products of livestock by washing with water; (S2) a step for preparing a mixture by mixing two or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of vinegar, citric acid, baking powder, and sodium bicarbonate; (S3) a step for boiling the by-products of livestock in the mixture, which is dissolved in water at a mixture concentration of 1-20%, at 90-110°C for 40-60 minutes; (S4) a step for vacuum packaging the boiled by-products; and (S5) a step for sterilizing and freezing the vacuum packaged by-products. According to the present invention, odors from nutritious by-products of livestock, such as intestines including entrails, small intestines, and large intestines, the tripe and omasum of pig and cattle, and the gizzard of chicken, can be eliminated, and additionally, a chewy texture of the intestine tissue can be kept without becoming mushy or hard. |
