The present invention relates to a three-dimensional stretchable electronic device and a method of manufacturing the same. The three-dimensional stretchable electronic device may protect a connection line from the outside by positioning the connection line at the inside. A liquid metal is used as the connection line so a volume of the connection line is not changed upon stretching.A device may be transitioned to both surfaces of a substrate so the integration is increased.
