<p>A cleaning machine is composed of a clean roll and a disk roll. The clean roll comprises: a first cylinder unit which has a diameter of D_1 and a length of L_1; and a second cylinder unit which neighbors the first cylinder unit and has a diameter of D_2 (D_1>=D-2) and a length of L_2 (L_1>=L_2). The first and second cylinder units are alternatively and repetitively aligned in order to rotate the same axis. The disk roll includes a plurality of disks which have a diameter of D_3 and a width of L_3. The plurality of disks is fixated to a disk roll rotary shaft at an L_1 interval in order to penetrate the center of rotation of the plurality of disk rolls. The cylinder circumferential surface of each of the disks of the disk roll is in contact with the cylinder circumferential surface of the second cylinder unit of the clean roll. The cylinder top and bottom surfaces of the disk are in contact with the cylinder top and bottom surfaces of the first cylinder unit respectively. The disk forming the disk roll is manufactured of an acetal material while the rotary shaft of the disk roll is manufactured of a metal material.</p> |
