A device for processing a glass substrate comprises a transferring unit which is moved along a first horizontal direction and transfers a glass substrate to be processed and a processed glass substrate; processing units which are respectively equipped along one side of the moved path of the transferring unit, process the glass substrate, transfer the processed glass substrate to the transferring unit, and respectively have stages which are moved to the transferring unit along a second horizontal direction which is vertical with respect to the first horizontal direction so as to receive the glass substrate to be processed; and a camera unit which is moved along the first horizontal direction and confirms the settled condition of the glass substrate to be processed which is transferred to the stages from the transferring units. By means of the device for processing a glass substrate, a glass substrate loading or unloading time can be reduced.
