<p>Disclosed is a large-volume work history generation method about work execution and data manipulation in a form that a user computer inquires on various kinds of data stored in a database server from an application server through a network. An access log generation/processing device extracts manipulation history data about manipulation actions in the application server. A collection processing unit receives the manipulation history data, adds the same identification code to individual manipulation history records about one manipulation action, and outputs the result. An access log generation unit generates and outputs individual access logs using the records received from the collection processing unit and collects the manipulation history records corresponding to the manipulation action to generate an access log by distributing in the NW section (user and database section). A management server combines each generated individual access log to an access log for one manipulation action by referring to the identification code and stores the access log. By improving the existing technology of generating work history in each business system, necessary records are generated in each business system and NW section. In particular, the result values (data and screens) which account for a significant portion of the total records are distributed and the generated records are processed in an integrated manner. As a result, it is possible to process large-volume work history records using the minimum IT resources.</p> |
