A unit to support a glass substrate cassette comprises a stage supporting a cassette which includes a frame unit and one or more pairs of supporting unit supported according to the size of a glass substrate by the frame unit, can move back and forth and be fixed, and supports the side of the glass substrate; a fixing block arranged on four edges of the stage to fix the frame unit of the cassette supported by the stage; and position blocks which are provided on the upper surface of the stage to be able to move in the forward and backward directions of the upper surface of the stage, and move to a predetermined position according to the size of the glass substrate and the number of the supporting units to guide the fixing positions of the supporting units. Accordingly, the unit to support the glass substrate cassette is provided to allow the cassette to stably support the glass substrates.
