PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for estimating a traffic volume in a certain time having the possibility that a vehicle on a depth side is concealed by a vehicle on a front side, in the case of measuring a traffic volume on the basis of a captured image captured by a monocular camera.SOLUTION: A traffic volume estimation device 10 includes: a detection unit 114 that detects a measurement impossible time incapable of measuring a traffic volume of a predetermined lane; an object volume measurement unit 115 that measures a traffic volume of the predetermined lane in a measurement possible time as a measurement traffic volume; and an estimation unit 116 that estimates the traffic volume of the predetermined lane in the measurement impossible time as an estimation traffic volume on the basis of the measurement impossible time. |
