<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device capable of precisely cutting or breaking without generating a part left uncut, a surplus portion which overhangs inside the inner peripheral surface of a fluid pipe in the anticorrosive part of an anticorrosive ring above a certain level in such a state that the anticorrosive ring is attached to the fluid pipe to cause defects.SOLUTION: There is provided a processing device 1 capable of cutting or breaking a surplus portion 3a overhanging to the pipe inner diameter side of a front covering part 8 covering a pipe end face 2a side in an anticorrosive ring 3 attached to the pipe end part of a cut fluid pipe 2. The device is provided with: a processing blade 13 for continuously cutting or breaking in a circumferential direction, the surplus portion 3a overhanging to a pipe inner diameter side of the front covering part 8 in such a state as to retain a prescribed inclination angle to the tangent line of an inner periphery in the pipe end of the cut fluid pipe 2; a first guide part 11a contacted with the front covering part 8 in a continuous cutting or breaking operation retaining the prescribed inclination angle by the processing blade 13; and a second guide part 12a contacted with at least one of the pipe end part of the cut fluid pipe 2, the anticorrosive ring 3 or the inner or outer peripheral shape part composed by an additional ring 19.</p> |
