The present invention as a content relay device for simultaneously relaying a plurality of content transfer flows comprises: a data accumulation unit which temporarily accumulate content data; a data transfer unit which transfers the accumulated content data as content transfer flows to a destination reception device group while reflecting transfer priorities therein; a flow priority order calculation unit which performs calculation processing of priority orders of the plurality of content transfer flows; a prioritized destination selection unit which, regarding the destinations of the plurality of content transfer flows, selects prioritized destinations thereof; and a scheduling unit which on the basis of the priority order of a transfer flow to be relayed and the selection result of the prioritized destination, preferentially sets the content transfer flow to the prioritized destination, and thereafter, regarding the remaining content transfer flows, sequentially determines the transfer priorities of the individual transfer flows in the order in which the transfer flows are transferred in the flow priority order. |
