Disclosed are a method and device for comparing and analysing PCB engineering problems and for sending results thereof. The method comprises: receiving a PCB order e-mail carrying a Gerber file; separating the Gerber file from the PCB order e-mail; parsing the separated Gerber file, to obtain PCB circuit design and engineering parameters carried in the Gerber file; comparing the parsed circuit design and engineering parameters with preset circuit design and engineering parameters, and when the parsed circuit design and engineering parameters are wrong or do not possess a production process level, making an identifier on a relevant circuit design, and giving out a problem description and modification reference; and sending the parsed circuit design and engineering parameters, the identifier made on the relevant circuit design, the problem description and the modification reference to an outbox of the PCB order e-mail. The method enhances the convenience of communication between a customer and a manufacturer in a circuit board printing process, and improves the communication efficiency. |
