A solder-piercing feed wheel. The solder- piercing feed wheel comprises a blade (10) and clamping wheels (20) capable of clamping the blade (10). The number of the clamping wheels (20) is two. Sawtooth-shaped cutter points (11) are disposed on the rim of the blade (10). The clamping wheels (20) are used to clamp the blade (10) to only allow the cutter points (11) of the blade to be exposed; rigidity of the blade (10) is ensured through the thickness of the clamping wheels (20), and the blade is not bent and cannot easily be distorted. In addition, during work, the cutter points (11) align to the center line of a solder wire, and after the cutter points (11) pierce said solder wire, the edges of the clamping wheels (20) abut against the solder wire, thereby preventing puncture depth of the cutter points (11) piercing the solder wire from exceeding a standard, thus enabling the pierced holes to be connected, and preventing blockage of solder feed passages. |
