The present invention relates to a motor rotor. The motor rotor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a rotation shaft; a rotor core; and a balancing member which is arranged on the rotation shaft to be placed on both ends of the rotor core. The rotation shaft and the balancing member are integrated together and formed by injection-molding.
