The present invention relates to a multicasting method ensuring reliable data transmission in a wireless network. The disclosed multicasting method includes a step of adding reception confirmation information indicating whether target data is successfully received to a reception device then transmits the data when the target data is to be transmitted. The reception device receives the reception confirmation information with the data and check whether the data is new data received to the reception device or an ACK for other data transmitted to the reception data in advance.
