The present invention relates to a system for tracing and managing a press release. According to the present invention, the system for tracing and managing the distributing report comprises: a company-side terminal provided in a company to distribute a press release; a press-side terminal provided in press including a newspaper, a magazine publisher, and a broadcaster, to receive and report the press release; a press release distributing and tracing robot connected to the company-side terminal and the press-side terminal through a wired/wireless communication network to collect the press release from the company-side terminal, sort the collected press release, trace and manage whether the press release is distributed to any medium, and sort the press release for each medium to which the press release is distributed. According to the present invention, the distributed press release is traced to provide information thereof, thereby easily managing and confirming whether or not the press release is distributed and to which medium the press release is distributed, and whether the press release is used. |
