PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of avoiding an occurrence of change unintended by a user in the display magnification of a display image by the unconscious motion of a finger in the display device capable of a multi-touch operation and to provide an image processor and a program.SOLUTION: When a user performs a pinch-out operation for touching a touch panel sensor at contact positions C1, C2 with fingertips of two fingers and moving the contact position C1 to an upper contact position C3 and the contact position C2 to a lower contact position C4, respectively while displaying the certain whole image in the entire display screen of a display part, a display control part displays an image of a fixed range including an image of the contact positions C1, C2 with a display magnification corresponding to the movement amount in the display part 24 by magnifying the image. When the user performs a lock operation for reciprocating the two contact positions C3, C4 in the same direction, for example, in a vertical direction within a prescribed time, the display control part locks the display magnification of the display image to a display magnification of the present time. |
