<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable multilayer ceramic capacitor arranged to be able to suppress or prevent the infiltration of moisture into a ceramic laminate (capacitor main body).SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises a ceramic laminate (capacitor main body) 10 including dielectric layers (dielectric ceramic layers) 11, and internal electrodes 12 stacked one another through the dielectric layers. In the multilayer ceramic capacitor, the dielectric layers include a perovskite compound including Ba and Ti; a boundary layer including Mg and Mn is formed at the boundary of the outermost layer internal electrode 12a, one of the stacked internal electrodes located at the outermost position in a laminating direction, and the outermost dielectric layer 11a located outside the outermost layer internal electrode. The boundary layer is present at 69% or more of the boundary. The continuity of the outermost layer internal electrode is 60% or more.</p> |
