PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target substance capturing device that prevents detection sensitivity of a target substance from being reduced.SOLUTION: A target substance capturing device 10 includes: a supporting member for mounting and supporting a metal film covering structure for capturing a target substance, and having at least two holes opened in a portion different from a portion where the metal film covering structure is mounted; a holding member for sandwiching the metal film covering structure between the supporting member and itself, and having an opening part where the hole of the supporting member is overlapped with the portion for capturing the target substance of the metal film covering structure mounted on the supporting member; and a covering member having translucency and covering the opening part of the holding member.
