The present invention is provided with a heat exchanger in which heat exchanger cores, having fins disposed multiply in parallel with a gap therebetween, and heat-transfer tubes provided inserted in the fins and having coolant flowing therethrough, are stacked in the vertical direction in a plurality of levels. A deformation section that deforms on impact is formed at the position on the heat exchanger fins where, among vertically adjacent heat exchanger cores, contact is made between the fins on the upper-side heat exchanger cores and fins on the lower-side heat exchanger cores.
