<p>The present invention relates to a calcium aluminate-based clinker composition using reduced slag and a method for producing the same, wherein reduced slag, waste catalyst recycled alumina, and quicklime are used as ingredients of the calcium aluminate-based clinker composition which is used as an ingredient of calcium aluminate cement by being finely pulverized or is used as an ingredient of a product requiring calcium aluminate. The reduced slag is slag generated during a steelmaking process in an electrical furnace of a steel mill where scrap iron is used as a raw ingredient, and the reduced slag consists of 40-70 wt% of CaO, 4-35 wt% of Al_2O_3, 5-25 wt% of SiO_2, 0.5~5 wt% of Fe_2O_3, 0.5-10 wt% of MgO, and 0-0.05 wt% of Na_2O. The calcium aluminate-based clinker composition includes 30-80 wt% of reduced slag, 5-30 wt% of quicklime, and 15-40 wt% of waste catalyst recycled alumina. According to the calcium aluminate-based clinker composition using reduced slag and method for producing the same, electric furnace reduced slag generated as a byproduct during a steelmaking process and waste catalyst recycled alumina refined after being collected from a waste catalyst in an oil refinery are used as ingredients of the calcium aluminate-based clinker composition, so that the utilized value and the added value of an industrial byproduct are improved. Moreover, the used amount of a natural ingredient can be reduced, and environment protection and economical feasibility can be ensured.</p> |
