The present invention relates to a device for collecting a waste Styrofoam volume-reducing agent. More specifically, the device for collecting a waste Styrofoam volume-reducing agent comprises: a storing tank for storing a polystyrene dissolved solution in a flowable state; a flowing pipe for discharging a volume-reducing agent included in the polystyrene dissolved solution in a vapor state; a sealed tank for wrapping the flowing pipe and preventing the dispersion of volume-reducing agent vapor; a heating housing for heating the flowing pipe; an electric heat control unit for controlling the temperature of the storing tank and heating housing; a condenser for liquefying the reducing agent vapor collected in the sealed tank; and a polystyrene ingot collecting unit installed at the bottom end of the flowing pipe.
