<p>Provided is an apparatus to supply fluorescent magnetic particle solution for a magnetic particle detector to supply fluorescent magnetic particle solution to a magnetic particle detector to detect defects by spraying magnetic particle solution to an object to be checked, such as a steel billet (10). The apparatus of the present invention is an apparatus to supply fluorescent magnetic particle solution for a magnetic particle detector which supplies fluorescent magnetic particle solution to a magnetic particle detector to detect a defect by spraying magnetic particle solution to a steel billet (10) from a magnetic particle solution nozzle (36) connected with a magnetic particle solution supply tank (34), wherein the steel billet (10) is continuously supplied by a chain conveyor (14) under a billet magnetizing device (18) and is magnetized by the billet magnetizing device (18). The apparatus to supply fluorescent magnetic particle solution for a magnetic particle detector comprises: a recovery part (38) arranged on a lower side of the chain conveyor (14) to collect the magnetic particle solution sprayed downward under the billet magnetizing device (18); a storage tank (40) connected with the recovery part (38) through a connection pipe (42) with a three way valve (68) on an upper part thereof, is connected with a supply line (54) to circulate and supply the magnetic particles solution to a magnetic particles solution supply tank (34) through a discharging pipe (52) with a three way valve (76) on a lower part thereof, and has a stirrer (48) formed therein; and a preparatory storage tank (60) arranged to be adjacent to the storage tank (40), has a branch connection pipe (70) formed on an upper part thereof connected with the three way valve (68) of the connection pipe (42), and has a discharging pipe (74) formed on a lower part thereof connected with the three way valve (76) of the discharging pipe (52) extended from the storage tank (40).</p> |
