<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth thermal-basis air conditioning system and a building ventilation structure using an earth thermal-basis air conditioning system capable of uniformly feeding cooled/heated air subjected to heat exchange with earth thermal to habitable spaces in a building 1 only by actuating a forced air exhauster 35, and ventilating non-habitable spaces.SOLUTION: An air introduction side of an indoor unit 16 provided in an attic space 7 communicates with and is connected to an earth thermal heat exchange pipe 14 via an introduction pipe duct 15, and an air discharge side thereof communicates with and is connected to a habitable space on each floor via a discharge pipe duct 29 so as to be able to feed cooled/heated air to the habitable space. Air intake pipes 13, 17, 18, 19, and 20 respectively provided with check valves 12, 21, 22, 23, and 24 opened only when air is introduced communicate with and are connected to an air introduction path so as to be able to attract the air in non-habitable spaces.</p> |
