PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger pump which meets demands for improving the reliability and a pump device using the plunger pump.SOLUTION: A plunger pump 1 according to one embodiment of the invention includes: a cylinder 2; and a plunger 3 which is disposed so as to reciprocate in the cylinder 2. The cylinder 2 includes: a first member 5 having a first through hole 4, in which the plunger 3 is inserted, and made of a cylindrical ceramic or metal; a second member 7 which has a second through hole 2 connected with the first through hole 4 and allowing a fluid to get in and out, is connected with the first member 5, and is made of a ceramic or metal; and a resin member 8 disposed between the first member 5 and the second member 7. As a result, the plunger pump 1 which achieves excellent reliability is obtained. |
