A thermal insulation device used in conjunction with buildings, wherein a first spacing layer and a second spacing layer of said thermal insulation device are coupled with one another, wherein said first spacing layer and said second spacing layer form a group of first gas compartments between said two layers, wherein said first gas compartments are separated from one another by the second spacing layer in order to prevent the generation of convection between any two adjacent first gas compartments, and wherein said first gas compartments are filled with a gas in order to decrease heat exchange between the indoor and outdoor areas of a building. |
