A filling structure comprises a membrane valve (13) provided with a metal membrane, an adapting joint (4) which can be rapidly disassembled, an ejector rod (3), a driving shaft (5), an installation plate (6), a fixing base (1) and a fixed joint (2). The membrane valve (13) is detachably connected to the adapting joint (4) fixedly; the adapting joint (4) is detachably connected with the fixed joint (2); the ejector rod (3) is arranged inside the adapting joint (4) and the fixed joint (2); the end portion of the driving shaft (5) is inserted into the fixed joint (2) to be connected with the ejector rod (3). The driving shaft (5) is driven by a driving mechanism to drive the ejector rod (3) to move forwards and backwards. After the ejector rod (3) forwards moves to be in place, the end portion of the ejector rod (3) abuts against the metal membrane of the membrane valve (13) to enable the membrane valve (13) to be closed. When the ejector rod (3) moves backwards, the metal membrane of the membrane valve (13) resets under the effect of the elasticity of the metal membrane to enable the membrane valve (13) to be opened. The filling structure is simple in structure, convenient to disassemble and assemble, high in filling accuracy and capable of achieving compatibility of SOP/SIP, any device is not required to be replaced as for the dosage from 0.1 ml to 20 ml, and complete partition between a filling area and a driving part is completely achieved. |
