Provided is a foamed multilayer polyethylene resin sheet which is provided with a foamed layer, and a surface layer stacked upon at least one surface of the foamed layer, said foamed multilayer polyethylene resin sheet being obtained by co-extruding: a foamed-layer-forming first molten substance including a polyethylene resin (A), a polymeric anti-static agent, and a physical blowing agent; and a surface-layer-forming second molten substance including a polyethylene resin (B). The polyethylene resin (A) and the polyethylene resin (B) respectively have an n-heptane extraction amount at 50˚C of not more than 0.5 wt%. In the foamed layer, the polymeric anti-static agent accounts for 3-15 wt% of a total of 100 wt% of the polyethylene resin (A) and the polymeric anti-static agent. The thickness of the surface layer is 2-10 µm. |
