More particularly, the present invention relates to an electrode for a fuel cell using porous foam and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein lead time and workability can be improved to reduce costs as a preliminary process and a heat treatment process are reduced and the whole process is shorted by applying, heating and pressurizing electrolytic powder immediately after applying the mixed powder of nickel and ceramic to porous nickel foam.
