PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a heat-resistant polyester resin container that has excellent heat resistance and can be filled while heated.SOLUTION: This invention provides a method in which a polyester resin sheet comprising at least one resin layer comprising polyester resin with a glass transition point of 90°C or more is heated for softening, and then is molded into a desired shape with a die to obtain a container, wherein molding is performed with the die temperature in the range of 60°C or more and the glass transition point or less.
