PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, a base station, and a communication control method that speed up communication by securing the bandwidth of carriers in a communication system such as TD-LTE, and can prevent radio wave interference with another system by keeping the carriers within a frequency band (for example, a 9 MHz band) allocated to the communication system.SOLUTION: A communication system 1 comprises a plurality of base stations that perform radio communication by arranging a plurality of carriers in a second frequency band in which the bandwidth of the carries will exceed the bandwidth of the predefined second frequency band when the carriers with first frequency bandwidth are arranged consecutively. The communication system 1 arranges the carriers by overlapping part of the carriers in the second frequency band. A first base station 10a using one carrier A of carriers part of which are overlapped and arranged uses radio resources of part of the overlapped part regarding user data allocation preferentially than a second base station 10b using the other carrier B does. |
