PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device which allows a belt reacher to do not obstruct the way when an occupant on a rear seat gets out of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A seat belt device 10 includes a webbing reel 15, an electric motor 31, a clutch member 65, a belt reacher 17 and retention mechanisms 18i, 22p, 22, 22s. Therein, the belt reacher 17 can be rotated to the front side P1 of a vehicle by an energizing member 17s and can be rotated into a storage position P2 to the rear side of the vehicle by winding of the webbing 13, and the retention mechanisms 18i, 22p, 22, 22s can retain rotation P2 of the belt reacher 17. The belt reacher 17 can be rotated from the storage position P2 further to the rear side of the vehicle and the more are such rotation amounts P3, P4 that the belt reacher 17 is rotated to the rear side of the vehicle, the larger are retention forces of the retention mechanisms 18i, 22p, 22, 22s. |
