PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate simplification, space-saving and construction of a pit inner structure, by eliminating tie-in of a lifting driving system and a pit floor, for the main purpose of the present invention.SOLUTION: A multistage type multistory parking device comprises a base frame extended in the horizontal direction to a pit upper part, a lifting body having a multistage pallet, a suspension mechanism and a balance mechanism for horizontally keeping the lifting body. The balance mechanism is connected to a first end support part having one end provided on the base frame side, and is connected to a second end support part of a vehicle storage space upper part having the other end positioned on the opposite side of the base frame, and is wound in a length directional intermediate part on one upper side guide pulley among a pair of left-right upper side guide pulleys, and crosses the under surface side of the uppermost stage pallet, and is wound on the other upper side guide pulley among the pair of left-right upper side guide pulleys, and horizontally keeps the lifting body. |
