PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holding device capable of suppressing deformation in which a connection surface connecting side surfaces of batteries is expanded, even when the side surfaces of the batteries are held.SOLUTION: A battery holding device 110 comprises: interposing members 130 and 530 which are laminated alternately with a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped batteries 1 and interposed between the batteries; and holding means 120 pressing and holding, from the outside of a laminating direction DT of the batteries and the interposing members, the laminated batteries and the interposing members in the laminating direction. The interposing members include: an interposing part 131 which is interposed between the batteries and abutted to a side surface 1s orthogonal in the laminating direction of the batteries; and base parts 132 and 532 which are formed integrally with the interposing part, expanded from an end portion 131q of the interposing part to at least one side DT1 of the laminating direction and abutted to a connection surface 1r connecting side surfaces in the batteries. |
