An optical frequency monitoring device comprises: a coupler (110), used for equally dividing a first optical signal obtained by multiplexing and demultiplxing a received optical signal into a second optical signal and a third optical signal, and transmitting the second optical signal and the third optical signal to a diffraction zone (140) through a first waveguide (120) and a second waveguide (130) respectively; the diffraction zone (140), used for diffracting the second optical signal and the third optical signal to generate a plurality of fourth optical signals with space interference fringes; an optical detector (150), used for acquiring a first optical frequency value of the fourth optical signals, and generating a first photocurrent signal according to the first optical frequency value; a backlight detector array (170), used for acquiring a second optical frequency value of a received backlight optical signal, and generating a second photocurrent signal according to the second optical frequency value; and a monitoring module (160), used for generating a frequency monitoring signal according to the first photocurrent signal and the second photocurrent signal. |
