摘要 An ordinary temperature-curable photocatalytic coating material according to the present invention comprises an acrylic emulsion-type resin which comprises acrylic resin particles having an average particle diameter of 80 to 200 nm and has a glass transition temperature of 20°C or lower. A photocatalytic coating material comprises: titanium oxide carrying a copper compound thereon, which has a dispersion degree of 1 to 30 μm as measured in accordance with JIS K5600-2-5; and an aqueous medium in which an acrylic emulsion-type resin and titanium oxide carrying a copper compound thereon can be dispersed. In 100 parts by mass of a heating residue of the photocatalytic coating material, 1 to 80 parts by mass of titanium oxide carrying a copper compound thereon is contained. The photocatalytic coating material has a minimum film forming temperature of 10°C or lower and an organic solvent content of less than 10 mass%.
