<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a heat-radiating fin for a fin tube which is capable of forming a heat-radiating fin of a predetermined length to save manufacturing costs and shorten manufacturing time. In the prior art, manufacturing costs are increased due to using a fin tube or a heat-radiating fin by cutting them after continuously producing them without a stop. To solve the problem, the present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a heat-radiating fin for a fin tube, which has a front member bent to spirally be coupled to an outer portion of a tube, and automatically manufactures a corrugated heat-radiating fin by a driving motor to easily be bent at a central portion, wherein the front member is spirally bent by an upper roller and a lower roller horizontally disposed in predetermined intervals to be rotated, a shaft fin is disposed between the upper roller and the lower roller to enable the central portion of the heat-radiating fin to be transferred along an outer circumferential surface, one end of a wire to which a formed heat-radiating fin is transferred is coupled to a front end of the shaft fin, and the other end of the wire is coupled to a sensor detecting a close contact of the heat-radiating fin to stop the operation of the driving motor. Accordingly, a wire of the same length with that of a heat-radiating fin to be formed is connected between the shaft fin and the sensor, thereby always forming a heat-radiating fin of predetermined length to reduce labor force and labor costs, and shortening manufacturing time for better economic feasibility.</p> |
