摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a fatigue testing apparatus for a heat exchanger. The fatigue testing apparatus is provided with a fatigue testing control algorithm which performs fatigue testing for the heat exchanger in accordance with complex fatigue factors. The fatigue testing control algorithm performs the fatigue testing with respect to the pressure and temperature fatigue factors of the heat exchanger having a plurality of separated flow paths. The fatigue testing apparatus; a supply adjustment unit which supplies, pressurizes, circulates, and discharges a fluid, steam, or a low-temperature fluid with respect to the heat exchanger to perform the pressure or temperature fatigue inspection, and a control unit provided with the fatigue testing control algorithm; uses the fatigue testing control algorithm to control the supply adjustment unit. According to the present invention, pressure values of the first and second flow paths are monitored in real time such that first and second flow path leaks from a pressure fatigue load are detected or a temperature fatigue load is applied to the heat exchanger by supplying the steam and the low-temperature fluid in sequence to the first and second flow paths, and the fluid is supplied to monitor pressure from a temperature fatigue such that the first and second flow path leaks from the temperature fatigue load can be determined. Accordingly, the pressure and temperature fatigue testing for the heat exchanger can be automated.</p>
