<p>The present invention relates to a wireless communication apparatus, which employs a plurality of wireless communication scheme by using one antenna and a method of controlling the same. The wireless communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an antenna having a predetermined frequency bandwidth; a wireless communication unit including a plurality of wireless communication blocks, which uses the predetermined frequency bandwidth and communicates with mutually different wireless communication schemes; and a switch unit to switch so that any one of the wireless communication blocks is connected to the antenna. In the case, the switch unit uses an impedance equivalent circuit corresponding to each of the wireless communication blocks to compensate for an impedance imbalance occurring from the switching operation.</p> |
