The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specific to a monocyte of gnotobiotic miniature swine and to uses thereof. More specifically, provided is a monoclonal antibody which reacts with an antigenic protein integrin alpha M beta 2 precursor and specifically reacts with pulmonary alveolar macrophages of gnotobiotic miniature swine. Also, provided is a composition for detecting a monocyte including the monoclonal antibody as an active ingredient.
