Disclosed is a tip-up seat assembly for a vehicle. The tip-up seat assembly according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a seat cushion; a wire frame which is mounted inside the seat cushion and has at least one setting bracket; and a mounting bracket which has at least one first hinge bracket joined to the setting bracket via a bolt, at least one second hinge bracket joined to a vehicle body via a bolt, and tip-up wires connected to the first hinge bracket and the second hinge bracket to be able to rotate. The first hinge bracket includes: a first retaining protrusion; formed at the side to restrict rotation of the tip-up wire in a normal state; a second retaining protrusion opposed to the first retaining protrusion; and a retaining bracket for restricting rotation of the tip-up wire together with the first retaining protrusion. |
