PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a feature of an on-vehicle camera that a clear, homogeneous face image can be obtained irrespective of a vehicle type.SOLUTION: Driver face image information is generated by picking up a face image of a driver by an on-vehicle camera provided in front of a driver's seat while a vehicle is traveling, and the driver face image information and vehicle position information are transmitted to a database. The database stores therein search target face image information based on a face image of a search target in advance. If the driver's face image information matches the search target face image information, the vehicle position information transmitted from the vehicle is stored while being associating with the search target. |
