PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground water flow suppressing structure and an underground water flow suppressing method of a caisson, capable of suppressing a flow of underground water in a clearance between an outside surface of the caisson and the natural ground caused by a friction cut, when there is an unbalance in a water head of the water permeable ground.SOLUTION: An underground water flow suppressing structure 5 of a caisson 1 is integrated with a plurality of lots 3, and has a friction cut 33 on an outside surface 31 of the lot 3 of the lowest end, and comprises a cutout part 6 partially cut out on the outside surface 31 of the lot 3, an expansion bag 7 provided in the cutout part 6 and a discharge pipe 81 for filling a filler 78 in the expansion bag 7, and the expansion bag 7 is brought into close contact with the natural ground 9 by expanding by filling the filler 78 via the discharge pipe 81, and can thereby suppress the flow of the underground water in a clearance 34 between the natural ground 9 and an outside surface 21 of the caisson 1 caused by the friction cut 33. |
