PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for holding continuity of the same kind of commercial materials in the respective processes of manufacturing in the case of manufacturing a plurality of kinds of commercial materials constituted of a plurality of components.SOLUTION: A management device controls an order of manufacturing a plurality of kinds of commercial materials using a printer and a post-processing device, and has: acquisition means for acquiring information on a plurality of commercial materials to be manufactured; process management means for managing process information regarding a plurality of processes for manufacturing the commercial materials for every kind of commercial material; order determination means for determining an order of manufacturing the plurality of commercial materials from the information on the plurality of commercial materials and the process information; and control means for making the printer and the post-processing device manufacture the plurality of commercial materials according to the order determined by the order determination means. The order determination means determines the order so that the same kind of commercial materials are continuously manufactured in the printer and the post-processing device.
