PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to prevent curling of an edge of a communication hole of an elastic seal for sealing the gap between an inlet of a detachable unit and an outlet of a developer supply unit when the detachable unit is mounted.SOLUTION: Guide means, such as a guide part 94a, inclines so as to separate from a surface with an elastic seal member 41 fixed thereto as separating from a crushing end 92a, which crushes the elastic seal member 41 located at the upstream end in a relative movement direction of the elastic seal member 41, in a surface of a unit (a sub hopper 90, in this case) where the elastic seal member 41 is not fixed, in close contact with the elastic seal member 41, toward the upstream in the relative movement direction of the elastic seal member, and guides the elastically deformable elastic seal member 41 to the crushing end 92a. |
