PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood coagulation ability measurement reagent that is stable for a long period and contains lipo thromboplastin, and to provide a measurement method of such ability.SOLUTION: The measurement reagent contains: lipid solubility antioxidant addition lipo thromboplastin; and an addition agent that contributes to stabilization of the lipo thromboplastin. The measurement method includes a step of bringing a test specimen, the lipid solubility antioxidant addition lipo thromboplastin, a calcium ion, the addition agent contributing to the stabilization of the lipo thromboplastin into contact with each other in a solution, and measuring a time until coagulation since the contact is started. |
