The invention relates to a system for the automatic regulation of the outflow of the water-oil (1b)interface from a horizontal centrifugal decanter (1) in the olive oil (1b) production process, said system comprising: a sensor (3) for detecting the position of the interface, comprising an element (4) for generating a magnetic or microwave field; a receiver element (6) designed to receive and transform a signal generated by the generator element (4) into an electrical signal; and a control unit (7), the inputs of which are the real position of the water-oil (1b) interface, and the appropriate position of said interface, and the outputs of which are a variation of the angular speed of the endless screw (2), a variation in the regulation of the passage of water to the decanter, a variation in the discharge (9) of the paste (1a), and a regulation of some outflow loops of the oil (1b). |
