The present invention relates to a cotter pin of a dead end clamp. In a cotter pin which is inserted into a first penetration hole and a second penetration hole formed in the first and the second tails of a dead end clamp, the cotter pin has a head part in the back end of a body, and an elastic support piece in the front part of the body. The cotter pin of a dead end clamp according to the present invention includes a head part in the back end of a body, and an elastic support piece in the front part of the body. When the elastic support piece is inserted into the penetration hole formed in the tail of the dead end clamp, the elastic support piece is fixed to the penetration hole, thereby simply performing the installation process of the dead end clamp by only using a simply process of inserting the cotter pin without a separate sprit pin. |
