Disclosed are a promotion VR system and a promotion VR method for further reinforcing a promotion with respect to local businesses through a three-dimensional virtual reality image. To this end, the present invention provides the promotion VR system comprising: a promotion VR server which provides a promotion VR service, and a portable terminal which is connected to the promotion VR server and executes the promotion VR service. The promotion VR server comprises: a VR image generation unit which captures a promotion target by using a camera and generates promotion VR image information; a VR image execution unit which provides the generated promotion VR image information to the portable terminal after 360-degree rotating, expanding, and reducing the generated promotion VR image information; a map generation unit which acquires first position information of the promotion VR image and second position information of the portable terminal, generates a location map based on the first position information and the second position information, and provides the location map to the portable terminal; and a community driving unit which implements and provides an advertising marketing community to the portable terminal for community between a resident providing the promotion target and a user confirming the promotion VR image information. |
