<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for controlling charging and discharging comprises a power source part, a main relay, a motor control part, and a motor part. The power source part generates DC power. The main relay controls whether or not to supply the DC power generated by the power source part. The motor control part receives the DC power from the power source part and charges a capacitor until the DC power is supplied through the main relay; converts the DC power supplied through the main relay into AC power while the DC power is supplied through the main relay; and discharges the capacitor when the supply of the DC power through the main relay is interrupted. The motor part starts rotating when the AC power converted at the motor control part is supplied; stops rotating when the supply of the AC power from the motor control part is interrupted; or while stopping, consumes remaining charges of the capacitor discharged by the motor control part.</p> |
