PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in an ancillary function while protecting an accumulator in an ancillary service using the accumulator.SOLUTION: An accumulator 10 is capable of charging from a power system 50 and discharging to the power system 50. A control device 20 controls charging and discharging of the accumulator 10. In response to a command from the operating agent of the power system 50, the control device 20 charges or discharges the accumulator 10 such that the SOC (state of charge) of the accumulator 10 approaches a prescribed appropriate value when power is not required to be transferred in a period during which charging or discharging is to be performed between the power system 50 and the accumulator 10. |
